Le Cedray - French Cuisine

Le Cedray,a fine dining restaurant in Ifrane

As soon as you step through the door, the feeling is that of a luxurious mountain chalet in which pine reigns supreme.

Picture wood panelling, embellished with carved friezes of hunting scenes, magnificent coffered ceilings and parquet flooring…

The ensemble is very organic, with a palette of earthy tones throughout, from the heavy drapes, featuring Tyrolean designs, to the dining chairs with their floral or striped fabrics.

The result is a wildly elegant restaurant that strikes just the right balance between a traditional mountain style and a decidedly contemporary look, the whole wrapped in a wonderfully warm and welcoming feel.

A French gourmetcuisine

Two men in kitchen uniforms are preparing a dish together in a professional kitchen.

Through a large picture window, enjoy watching the kitchen brigade in action, with the day’s game roasting on the spits in the background.

Experience the kitchen live!

The menu at Le Cedray is, in itself, an invitation to experience French gastronomy. The chef brings regional produce and flavours to life with exquisite balance and deftness of hand. Whether you are enjoying foie gras on a skewer - one of Le Cedray’s specialities - fish or shellfish, the ingredients are always of the highest quality, and the dishes, refined and indulgent.

A wine cellarof distinction

To complement the chef’s cuisine, Le Cedray boasts a superb wine cellar.
It is home to the great names of French wine - Petrus Pomerol, Mouton Cadet, Château Cheval Blanc and Chablis - as well as some of Morocco’s finest vintages.

And when it comes to champagne, the most famous houses are here, including Roederer, Veuve Clicquot, Moët & Chandon and Mumm - a surefire promise of exceptional bubbles!
