  • The Cedar Forest Trail (Ras El Ma, Cedar Gouraud, Moudemane, Michlifen): home to some of the oldest cedar trees in Morocco, including a legendary 800-year-old specimen. This is the starting point for excursions through the cedar forests, accompanied by indigenous Barbary apes!

  • Discover the vineyards of Meknes, where the vineyards are blessed with high-quality soil, abundant sunshine, a favourable climate and expert wine-makers. The Château Roslane estate boasts AOC Coteaux de l’Atlas appellation and is classified as a Premier Cru. Tours and tastings available.
  • Domaine de La Pommeraie offers the charm of the countryside and the tranquillity of a farm, where you can sample its mouthwatering produce. Enjoy a tasting of goat’s cheese and wood-fired bread, accompanied by a wonderfully fragrant mint tea, for an experience rich in colour and flavour. Tours and lunch available by reservation.
  • Visit the Ras El Ma Fish Farm, the source of Ifrane's fish, and explore this rainbow trout farm located on the route to Azrou.
  • Also pay a visit to the Ain Aghbal Fish Farm, which is a commercial producer of trout and salmon.
